Reverend John Wellesly: "EARN as much as you can. SAVE as much as you can. INVEST as much as you can. GIVE as much as you can."

For some people, charitable giving is considered a duty. Most donors, however, engage in philanthropy because of the great emotional, intellectual and/or spiritual satisfaction they receive from giving back to society.

Like other important endeavors, giving well is hard work - and it often involves a significant investment of time. DA•R•ES enables donors to maximize the rewards they get from giving, while minimizing the time and effort they personally need to invest.

For those donors who want to engage in great grant making while not taking up new careers as full-time philanthropists, DA•R•ES is ready to provide ongoing assistance in multitude of areas.

    These services may include:
    • Providing advice and support to donors contemplating major gifts.
    • Reviewing grant agreements and crafting mission-appropriate gift agreements.
    • Acting as a formal (or informal) agent for philanthropists making major gifts.
    • Evaluating program proposals
    • Developing and managing giving programs on an ongoing basis
